The Residences at Escaya

We stayed here for a little over a year. It's quiet and safe. Move out was simple. My apartment was rented out in like 2 days after I submitted the move out letter so I didn't have to worry about paying rent for two places at the same time.

Only complaint is $50/cat per month, plus $500 deposit per cat is too much. High fees like this likely affects people on their pet adoption decisions.

Depending on where you are in the apartment complex, you might be next door neighbor to a dog that barks all day, but again that's not the apartment's fault. Almost happened to us! Ask before you sign and always tour in person if you can.

This has been an amazing place to call home for my family and I. Very quiet and clean area not to mention a park down the street from the complex which is a plus if you have littles! I have 0 complaints!

I lived at Escaya for maybe 6 or 7 months. The parking is definitely not plentiful, but its not impossible in my opinion. The grounds of the apartments is quite lovely, I would often go on walks with my toddler and we would have a lot of fun. There is so much more that this apartment has going for it and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes in the next 3-5 years. However, my biggest issue with these apartments is the fact that it really isn't a place for families with young children. The walls are very thin, the floors are just as bad. I lived there with a two year old and he loved to stomp. I tried my best to quiet it down but it would still be a nuisance to my downstairs neighbors. My husband and I moved out because we just wanted to get a larger home to allow more room for our son to run around. I recommend these apartments if your family is small, its a lovely place.
