Spiritually Focused Therapy (SFT) emphasizes that we are spiritual, as well as physical, emotional and mental beings. And that there is a larger purpose and meaning to life than just the physical life we are leading. SFT recognizes that faith is one of our greatest resources for change.
Group Spiritually Focused Therapy. A group environment can be very productive and supportive for exploring our relationship with God. Guided by an experienced therapist, spiritual sharing, support and questioning with like-minded people can be very revealing.
Through spiritually focused therapy for couples, we assess the relationship and help build awareness of destructive beliefs and behavior patterns. We develop tools to strengthen communication, emotional stability, problem solving and intimacy, in the context of a God-centered, not ego-centered, bond.
