  Very impressed with this studio! The staff are so welcoming and studio is beautiful. I’ve never really rowed before and they gave me a full rundown before class, and followed up with how I felt after. Instructors were great, energetic and great music. I love this because it’s both low-impact and a super workout. Seems it could be fab for different fitness levels. I’ll be back and definitely would recommend!

  GREAT experience at City Row! The entire staff is so friendly and supportive. They are my cheerleaders! I'm older mid-sixties in reasonably good shape, but I was a little apprehensive about taking on what seemed like an aggressive style class. My apprehension disappeared after the 1st session. It's easy to modify the routine and go at your own pace and/or level of exertion. All classes toggle back and forth between rowing and mat work; stretching and strength training, so you're not just rowing all the time. I love/hate the stretching; it's probably the most beneficial part of the class for me. I surf and can really feel the difference in general flexibility. The monthly "finisher" that everyone does at the end of each class allows you to measure your own improvement during that month.... I love that! City Row makes it soooo easy to try it out. I highly recommend giving it a GO!!!

  Always an awesome workout. City Row Del Mar was my first introduction to rowing and it’s now my favorite workout. The strength classes have been a good addition to the lineup, I like mixing those in with their signature rowing classes. Overall I’d recommend for beginners or rowing experts.

  I was hooked after my first class!! Having played soccer my whole life, cross-training with high intensity-low impact workouts has really helped heal my body. I love the combo of rowing and weight training. Everyone is so nice and the studio is always clean and inviting!! I never thought I'd be a "rower" but I find myself wanting to row as a workout every chance I get!!

  Coming from a background of high intensity and high impact sports, CITYROW has been a great workout for maintaining my intensity while preserving my body with it’s low-impact workout. Community was great and experience was wonderful in the studio! I would absolutely recommend! 💪
