(September 1, 2019, 3:32 pm)Nice place to take a stroll In the trees. Bring your friends, family for a picnic. Fishing? You can rent a boat. There are bathrooms at the boat docks. Portapotties elsewhere.
Maybe bring your mountain bikes too. There are very good rolling trails that are enough to challenge most riders of all skill levels.
There has been a lot of volunteer work maintaining these trails. Last time out, I saw kids with their parents having a great time!
(July 4, 2019, 5:49 pm)This place has lots of free parking and picnic tables. Kayak and motorboat rentals. Great views of the mountains and the wide variety of birds. If you like fishing, this is a great place. Fish from shore or rent a boat(recommended). Enjoy this place and take only pictures and leave only footprints.
