Clear on what needs to be done, what should be done, and what you can't leave here safely without fixing. Scheduled appt, started on time, finished early, encountered an unforseen issue but took care of it and did not charge extra.

They were a word of mouth referral by a trusted friend and we were very satisfied by the customer service and "human-ness" of the owners.

Great service from first call to final estimate. Ken had a bunch of bad news about my older Toyota, but he offered excellent advice and a sound plan for taking care of the repairs. It's obvious when you're in his shop that he beloved and trusted by his many loyal customers. I'm grateful I discovered this gem of a resource and know I'm in good hands!
