The store was very busy today but the representatives were courteous and took care of all of us. I really liiked Shay, my representative. He was competent and personable and did as much as he could to retrieve data from my dead phone. And I am happy with my new phone.

Lucy needs a raise. What an incredible young woman. I went in for a new phone, not expecting much more than that, but she exceeded my expectations. Saying she is intelligent and cares for her customers is an understatement. I’m truly impressed by the quality of our conversation and the care she puts into her work. If only everyone treated one another with her level of kindness and understanding.

This is the store to go to for your needs, very professional, patient, and helpful, I wish I had started shopping here. Thanks for all the help!

My phone had died. He told me the led screen had died but he was able to set me up with a new phone and transfer all info but old text messages. He did it in a very fast amount of time. I was so thankful to be back on line!

Was great. This guy was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was ready to change providers after the terrible customer support over the phone that Verizon provides. But, the friendliness and helpful attitude of the guy tonight at the Verizon store completely changed my mind. I’m serious, I was extremely impressed.
