Second time around living for 3 years at Princeton in Lawrence. Like always no issues, meets expectations and provides security. Special thanks to Luke W., while stuck in other country during Covid, Luke made sure apartment was safe by time to time checking door was not broken into and locked, kept my mail secure due to overflowing mailbox and provided updates in resident portal of critical items for my car. Had complete peace mind when I was away with my belongings. Thanks for going the extra mile Luke for your residents!!!!!!!!

Recently moved in and I'm enjoying it so far. The staff here are very friendly and responds to any issues or concerns immediately.I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone trying to live in this area.

Luke and Kristen have been absolutely wonderful throughout my relocation experience. They went above and beyond to ensure I find an apartment at Mt, Vernon for the date I needed to move. They answered all the questions I had in a friendly and professional manner. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future.

The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I spoke with Luke and Kristen when asking questions about the application process and just about the area in general and they made me feel welcome and valued.
