(April 26, 2021, 8:39 am)Working with John on my order was great but unfortunately and not John's fault, I paid in advance for a pressure regulator that was not in stock. It came in and I drove from Ramona to El Cajon to pick it up and another clerk had sold my special order part that I had already paid for!
I was NOT happy, as you can imagine and the clerk suggested he reorder and I come back the next day or go to one of their other stores that may have one.
I left, called John the next morning when he was in and he made it right by delivering the part to my door, next day. So, happy ending since I couldn't install the regulator until the weekend anyway but sounds like a process improvement is needed to prevent a future repeat with someone who is not as understanding. -
