My spa wasn't heating, and it was the Saturday before the San Diego Rock N Roll marathon. I googled, "spa repair" on google, and started going down the list, calling one after another. No one picked up, nor answered my call except for Steve at Spa Tech.
Not only did he take my call, but because he was all booked up at another job site, he actually walked me through what to do to fix my spa.
We got it working, and I was really impressed with his knowledge, and customer service.
I highly recommend Steve and his team at Spa Tech to anyone who is looking for spa repair and excellent customer service. I will definitely call him the next time I have an issue, and I will recommend him to all my friends and family.
We were able to use our spa about 10 hours later and our friends who ran the marathon were grateful for his expertise.
