(April 25, 2019, 9:43 pm)From Kansas visiting relatives in Rancho Santa Fe. Sunglasses were starting to slip on the bridge, so stopped into LensCrafters to see if they could tighten them. Anthony assisted us and what great customer service. He not only tightened the sunglasses, but my regular glasses as well and then thoroughly cleaned both pairs. Did not ask if we were customers or where we bought the frames. This LensCrafters sets the standard and above for customer service which all businesses should use as a template.

(July 16, 2018, 8:45 am)Can’t say enough about the very nice and professional staff at LensCrafters Encinitas. Twice in the past year I have been there to fix my bent glasses or replace the case for my glasses. First time was a young lady (wish I had gotten her name) who helped me with the case for the glasses and most recently to straighten out my glasses. Anthony was extremely helpful. This is the only place I will go in future to buy new glasses.
(January 23, 2018, 10:16 am)I really appreciate the Lenscrafters in Encinitas. The staff is totally professional, and very helpful. My eye exam with Dr. E was the best I've ever had. Dr. E really goes the distance to make sure he's giving you the very best lens prescription, and advice on glasses given the way you use them.
Just days before, I had walked out on the Lenscrafters in UTC. After waiting a half hour for my scheduled eye exam, I just got tired of waiting. But that's just a start with my problems at the UTC L/C branch. I really get so tired of having to say "no" at least three times to every possible upgrade on your glasses the staff there can possibly think of.
The Encinitas L/C is a breath of fresh air, and is now the goto for all my family needs.
