  While riding my bike I was seriously injured by a hit and run driver. As I was being admitted to the hospital I was told that, since it was a hit and run, my own automobile insurance company would cover me under the Uninsured Motorist provision of my policy. I had no idea how to proceed and was quickly overwhelmed when trying to handle the claim on my own, and so called the Lawyer Referral and Information Service of the San Diego County Bar Association and was referred to Attorney John W. Tower in Encinitas.
  I met with him just days later and after discussing my case, he agreed to represent me on a contingency basis. I liked and trusted John immediately, and from the moment I turned everything over to him, all I had to worry about was healing. When my case went to mediation, John was able to arrange that I attend via Skype because I had moved out of state.
