GYROTONIC ENCINITAS

Gyrotonic Encinitas is a place of great value for me.
Nathalie has a lot of experience and knowledge to offer each individual client, which I have had the opportunity to observe during my Gyrotonic Formation apprentice hours, in which I spent many of them at Gyrotonic Encinitas.
Nathalie herself is a true example of taking ownership of understanding how to move, in order to align, strength and lengthen oneself.
In both her appearance and the quality of her movements and explanations, Nathalie clearly demonstrates strength and flexibility of a healthy functioning body and mind.
Gyrotonic Encinitas helped me release what I often feel as ‘congested joints’ in my hips and also my shoulders.
When Nathalie works with me she helps me expand my movements in all dimensions from a more solid base and to understand my heel-hamstring connection which is so vital for myself as a current international professional classical dancer of 13 years.
Nathalie has patience as well as a driving force to help me achieve a result from A to B in an hour session with her.

I’m definitely noticing improvement particularly in my back. I don’t feel so achy and have not had an acute episode of pain since I started Gyrotonic. Nathalie is an excellent teacher. I appreciate her calm, supportive attitude. She gives clear instructions and demonstrates all movements (even during the exercise). When necessary she is very hands on which helps me complete the movements accurately.

I love Gyrotonic and Natalie is a great inspiration she is very knowledgeable in the way the body moves. She has fun equipment to play with. Nathalie finds the perfect fit for the area your body needs to be strengthen to be in alignment.
