I've worked with at 4 personal trainers in the past 10 years. Some have been very good, and others have been more distracted. Lisa offers a unique, INTENSE focus on your personal goals and helping you achieve them which likely pulls from her military discipline. She has helped me correct small mistakes and always been willing to push if I have been able to put in the work. A note that she is often available with little notice if I have questions or want to be clear on my routine, especially when I'm traveling and trying to get my workout done when I'm out of routine.
