Lightfully Behavioral Health

I went to Lightfully in April of 2023 and it truly altered the course of my life. This is the only mental health program I have been in that has truly benefited me. I actually enjoyed being here which is not something you can say about just any program. I have infinite praise for the staff, they build individual relationships with the kids and value the voices of them. Of course it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows, it will always be hard at times in residential or programs in general but I’ve never felt more cared for and heard by any mental health professionals than the staff here. During the summer of 2024, I stayed here after an attempt.
It was one of the best experiences I had with mental health. I had a connection with many of the CCT's and with the clients who were also there. There was a lot of structure, along with a lot of freedom when we deserved it. The food was amazing, Ethan is the best chef and I miss his food a lot! Yvette and Chris are caring and want the best for all the clients. I recommend this residential for those who are struggling and need help getting back on their feet. My favorite connections I had here was Sheila, Camila, Dina, Vanessa, Ariel, and my therapist Betsy. Both the day and night CCT were always there for you when you were having a hard day and I genuinely miss being here. This place helped me a lot with getting back up: the structured groups, my therapy sessions, and getting treated like an actual human and not just a client.

I have found that the services offered at Lightfully to be incredible and to see the outcomes and growths of the clients that go through the process is amazing. It is great to see client's grow and move on to their next stages in life!
