  Talia is amazing! I first went to see her a few years ago for lower back/sciatica issues and most recently for muscle tension in my shoulder and neck. Talia instantly makes you feel comfortable and tailors each session to your individual needs. As an outdoor enthusiast & professional, I’m constantly putting my body through excess wear and tear. These treatments help keep me working and doing what I love. I wouldn’t see anyone else!

  I’ve sought solutions at a number of different acupuncture spots across the last 20 years. This area lends itself to wellness, so finding a great practitioner was a journey. I’ve had a lot of good experiences. With Dahms Acupuncture I’ve had my best experiences. Specifically, Talia has helped mitigate my knee pain from 30 yrs of playing soccer. 2 years ago I separated my shoulder snowboarding and was able to avoid surgery with her help. I’m back swimming butterfly or painting the house, full range of motion, no pain. Beyond the targeted work, her treatments attend holistically to the other things that pop up in my life: parenting stress, work anxiety, migraines, and back spasms. It’s a place I go now as key supplement to my overall wellness. The treatments also offer an opportunity for me practice some meditation. So the big difference w Dahms is not just one thing; rather it’s more like the whole package: consistent effective service, holistic outcomes, and wellness achieved.

  I have been going to Talia for over 2 years and have seen dramatic changes in my physical and mental well being. She takes the time to listen to her clients and creates a unique experience for each individual. A combination of acupuncture and cupping have helped relieve stress, chronic migraines, and injuries I sustained dancing competitively. I would highly recommend Dahms Acupuncture to anyone seeking to improve their psychological or physiological health.

  Talia is absolutely amazing. She has helped me so much with pain management and I haven’t even needed to take any medication for pain since going to her. She’s made my overall quality of life better and I am so thankful/ grateful for her!!! If you’re looking for an amazing acupunturist, you just found her!
