Very helpful and friendly! They performed the service I needed very quickly and I had my bike back in no time.

Kyler is the best! I brought in my new road bike to ask if he could put on the pedals and he kindly agreed and did not want to charge me anything so, I decided to give him a grateful tip + chocolates as a Thank You + decided to bring in my antique road bike for a tune-up, etc. It did need new parts, etc. So, because of Kyler's kindness I decided to give my business to El Camino over my usual Revolution in SB who is closer to my home but does not meet the 5star customer service + great work that I received at El Camino! Will the owner is great too! He overcharged me a bit when I came in to pick up my bike but immediately resolved the issue by agreeing on the overcharge and corrected it. My antique road bike now rides better than it did when it was new! Totally worth it!

Great exeperience. I Purchased my bike from El Camino Bike Shop the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It took me over a month and a couple of visits to decide on which bike to buy and never felt pressured. They let me ride the bikes I wanted to try each time and made good recommendations about what was important.

I went in for some new tires (they were reasonably priced) & after installing them myself, realized that my bikes shifters were a mess. I returned an hour before they closed & Ben was able to get them working properly. Thanks man!

I've been using El Camino Bike shop for close to 20 years and whenever something happens to my bikes, I always seem to end up here because they either have what I specifically need or can do what I want done.

Also, they will do custom work on your bike very quickly and professionally. They're very knowledgeable and very reasonable.

Recently I had a seat and post stolen off my commuter/fitness bike in broad daylight in the ghetto section near Petco where I work and El Camino Cycle, Ernie specifically, had the right stuff.
