(December 22, 2016, 7:35 pm)I have tried many programs with absolutely no success until I went to Medifast in Encinitas. My counselor, who is also a nutritionist, has help me lose and keep it off. I am so happy. This isn't a diet program, this is a life style change and Medifast gives you the tools to be able to do this for the rest of your life. I would recommend this program to anyone who is sick and tired of being over weight and would like to lose the weight forever.

I've been able to lose 45 pounds in under 3 months, that's amazing. The food is good, you just find what you like and i like most of it! The Encinitas Staff is also amazing so many people to help you on your journey! Give Medifast a try!
