Wow! I don't even know where to start. As a first time home buyer, literally everything that anyone else said to me flew right over my head. I had 1,000 questions and knew absolutely nothing about the process. Honestly, it was scary.
Julie, Josh and their team made a confusing, anxiety inducing process the easiest, smoothest and most reassuring thing I have ever done. They were there every single time I needed them, turned documents around faster than you could open and sign them, and explained everything in a way that just made sense, even to someone like me with no knowledge or experience at all.
Furthermore, the home I purchased was in Borrego Springs, CA - a good 2 hour drive from Leucadia - and they went out there multiple times on our behalf to make things happen!

Our family of five moved from the Boston area to San Diego three years ago and found a nice rental home in Carmel Valley where we lived for a couple of years before deciding to sell our Boston home and buy a place out here.
