Encinitas Station

Easy, safe, & near everything. You can park your car for a few days. If you need long term parking, go to Solana Beach train station.

Super easy and accessible transit station just minutes away from the beach. Train is usually on time and takes you downtown in about 45 minutes. The only downside is the amtrack doesn't stop here so check the schedule if you want to take that. Bathrooms nearby are pretty clean, but they are public restrooms so keep that in mind. Also, one of the only stations that doesn't smell like urine so that's a plus!

Clean station with plenty of parking. Schedules are posted on the board, buy your tickets on the automatic machines, accepts credit cards and cash. It gets cold at night in winter time. No Amtrak stop here. The library, restaurants, bars and the beach are within walking distance.

Small, unmanned, Coaster & Amtrak station, the station is nice, along with free parking. The station has some Amtrak Service, Coaster Service, and Bus service. Advisory! Don't stay at the station too late, as the bathrooms close and a few rowdy homeless people come out. Other than that, it's a great station...

Easy train station with lots of parking. Everything is automated, so make sure you know what you're buying when your show up. I believe it's just the Coaster, so no Amtrak trains.
