(October 18, 2023, 9:07 pm)The associate who was checking me In was very helpful and kind I forgot her name. There was no appointment available until Friday, so I chose another source. However the representative was very kind and caring. Please thank her again for me. My experience with your service dept has not been the best, so she was a breath of fresh air. I was told repair of the hood release was not covered under warranty and supposedly it is and should be. I will not keep thus hyundai and never buy again.
