  January of 2018, my immediate family began our partnership with Benjamin Bartlett. We hired Ben for three cases, two related to a family trust that both went to trial and one personal injury case that was settled outside of court. Ben is a master at his craft and not only understands the legal system, but most importantly understands the significance of clear and concise communication with his clients. Ben guided our family through the process and due to his expert precision, he was able to build three strong cases with the evidence we provided and he won all three.

  Can’t say enough good things about my multiple experiences working with Ben Bartlett - trustworthy, punctual, and most of all listened to what my goals were and helped me accomplish them with professionalism. It’s also noteworthy to say several times he COULD have racked up a bigger bill by advising me to pursue non-fruitful efforts (like so many bad attorneys do). Yet he correctly advised me time and time again on only the things that would yield the desired result. And put his client first every time. Highly recommend his services to anyone on the fence about giving him a call.

  Benjamin Bartlett is an amazing Lawyer who is very organized and by the book. Keeping his client in the loop of ever step of the process. He took us all the way to court and after only 2 days was able to get the other side to fold and ask to settle. We were the happiest we could ever be as a family. We couldn't have done this with out Benjamin an his hard work and expertise. If anyone is looking for someone to fight for you tooth an nail, look no further, you found him!

  Shortly after retiring the company I had worked for sent me a letter stating they had over paid me several thousand dollars and demanded I repay the over payment or they would reduce my pension payout to recoup the over payment, I was devastated. I contacted a law group and nearly a year later Mr. Bartlett was given my case. He made contact and after gathering the info from me, he contacted my former employer and was able to work out the details without having to go to court and was able to get an agreement from them to drop the case against me. Without Mr. Bartlett I am not sure the outcome would have been the same. I would not hesitate to contact him again if needed.
