Alta Vista’s manager, Lilia Young, was pleasant, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. She has never wavered from her positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively. She holds a genuine respect for the residents and remains accommodating and friendly during every encounter. Other employees who work closely with Lilia are equally as professional and amicable. Alta Vista’s handyman offers availability at merely a day’s notice and possesses adeptness at assessing and repairing all amenities and utilities.
