This was my first time stopping in here. I really only needed to use their Western Union branch service.
I was greeted with fast, friendly and efficient service. Even though the customer representative didn't know exactly the information I was requesting, he kindly instructed and directed me to someone who did.
So I was able to find out what I needed in regards to sending money to the Virgin Islands and also the rates that apply to that transaction. It was honestly more than I was willing to pay; so I ended up NOT using the service. But that's to no fault of the bank, I wasn't using them directly; just Western Union.
So this was my first time banking here and it seemed pretty good to me; I would recommend going here for the ability to wire money through Western Union if you didn't want to use their online service.
