Exceptional residential care facility run by exceptional, compassionate people. Hands above ALL of the other places we looked at, in every aspect. Spotless and feels like a home located in a lovely community. Nutritious, made from scratch menu. Went out of their way to find out what foods my mother liked. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Elite has cared for both of my parents like their own. The administrator, William, is truly amazing. He is at the facility everyday. The staff are equally amazing as well, always compassionate, full of energy placing the health and safety of every resident as priority. The home was always clean. Not once did I ever notice any odd smells. The food was always good, each meal was made fresh with soup made from scratch and a salad. When my parents dementia got worse and they resorted to only communicating in their native tongue, William took the time after work to brush up on his Spanish with rosetta stone. I will always recommend elite to anyone looking for the best home to care for their loved ones.
Staff is attentive to the needs of my father. My sister and I have toured OVER 30 Assisted Living Homes in Escondido and we chose Elite. I've never been more satisfied. Not once have I regretted choosing Elite to care for my father. They truly are the best.
They cared for my father like family. I will always refer my friends who need more care for their loved ones. My only regret is that I had not found them sooner.
Truly a blessing from God to have had my mother taken care of at Elite Manor during her tough time battling dementia.
The staff there are truly caring, providing individualized care for my mother...something her previous assisted living community could not provide.
The home is spotless. I was invited to pop by at anytime and not once were there any foul smells or odors.
My mother adjusted well to the familiar faces of all the staff and in turn they kept a close eye on her when she would wander at night to ensure she never took a fall or endangered herself.
The only downside is the location is quite a distance...however it is serene and peaceful and my mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard.
During this tough time, I am truly happy to have found elite manor residential care for my mother.
