Best buy always has great deals. I wish the local store did military discounts still. However, they lose one star to the fact that when I am in here, I typically hear sales people not being either honest or not knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Example: selling a computer that is much more expensive and high end to a customer that specifically states, "I want it for email and surfing the web only". That's just one example. The customer is coming to people for advice, but if you don't know, just say so.

Where do I start?? What an amazing store this is! Its the staff that makes this store completely ROCK! They are very helpful and reasonable. I had a $1300 laptop that I bought for my daughter's birthday 2 & 1/2 months early. When she received the gift it had some issues. The manager exchanged it for me with no issues. He was a complete delight to deal with and I appreciate him doing that when he broke store policy and didn't have to do anything at all.

This isn't the only occasion. I've bought many things from Best Buy and every experience has been fantastic except once. There was a time when I arrived right around closing. I had picked up my desktop from repair and purchased a new laptop at the time. I was juggling my purse and the large desktop stack with the new laptop box and not a sole offered to help and out the door or to my car. I passed 3 young men that just told me to have a good night as I was trying to juggle and maneuver all these things. I was a bit taken back by that.

I still gave 5 stars because the customer service is absolutely fantastic!

Social distancing, masks, and sanitizing all here. Extremely helpful guy with the cellphones. Just a tad uncomfortable with him using his private phone so much during the transaction. For all anyone knows in today's world he could transferring all kinds of info out of our old phone into his own.

Not only did we find a Nintendo Switch at the right price our store associates were wonderful. Covid-19 precautions were excellent. We were so pleased with our selection of games and added storage. We will be back again soon to snag a cell phone we saw at a great price.
