(February 6, 2019, 2:35 am)Experience the quiet serenity that only a temple can offer; it sits on a rural hill top in Escondido Ca. Large statues located throughout the property offer areas of refuge for shelter and peace. Naturalized plants in free form from years of growth, show signs of tender care but not restrained. Remove shoes to enter the main building and receive blessings from the monk. If the opportunity arises, take part in sharing the food. The vegetarian meal satisfying and the root veggies are delicious. There are two on site parking areas best suited for compact cars. Plenty of street side parking across from the entrance.
