“I do not usually write reviews. But I am just so thankful for Eagles Nest when they took care of my mother. This place is so calm when you walk in. Unlike the other places I have been before, everybody is running around and quite noisy. They also have a wonderful caregivers. They are very kind and well mannered. I even have learned from talking to them everyday that some of them are college graduate. They absolutely love the residents. I sometimes catch my mom having a good time with them. I felt safe having my mom there because I know she is well taken care of. Sometimes they have small musical concerts, birthday parties, trick or treating, etc. Some other facilities do not offer those extra family oriented events. Their place is well kept by the owner. They have beautiful well decorated rooms. They really give 100 percent to their customers. They are not just there for the money. They have passion with what they do. I love visiting my mom because I feel at home whenever I am there. My mom doesn't even want to leave whenever I want to pick her up for her doctor's appointment. I am sure it is because she feels that it is really her home. There are a lot of other retirement homes out there. But Eagles Nest Eldercare is a gem. You will never find a place where you feel safe, happy and loved. They treat you as a family. For me, that is the most important thing. That my mother will spend the last days or years of her life happy. Thank you Kevin, Cherry and the staff for everything that you do. You are all Angel's and God sent.”

“Maria and her care takers are the best in the business! Maria has been taking care of my in-laws for over 8 years. Even when my grandfather in-law passed away, the care continued and excelled with my grandmother in-law. Every time I visit her she is clean, well-fed, and looks happier every time I see her. The employees are always fun to talk to but when it comes to elderly care they are VERY attentive and can adjust to any type of care for each individual elder. Once you take a visit with Maria you will fall in love with the hands-on approach she takes when running her business. She is always there after the first ring and can answer any question or concerns. Eagles Nest Retirement Ranch is at the top of the game and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for top of the line elderly care!”

“Very nice campground, clean facilities, regular patrols by the ranger and police. Docked 1 star for the location... It's so easy to get to that the place is packed with first time campers who don't know its rude to scream at 1am, idle your diesel truck at 6am, or speed through the campground. Looking forward to going back during the less packed winter months.”

“Great hike with both easy and challenging trails. Spring wildflowers, coyotes, various snakes (including rattlers) are abundant. Dogs and horses allowed, so keep an eye open for poop (clean up after your pooch please). Bring plenty of water in the summer, and sunscreen yeah round.”

It is annoying that they do not accept digital Marlboro coupons and Chevron does, however. I have to choose between saving money and dealing with rude staff next door, or paying full price for my transaction with kind people. It would be no question but to always choose Shell if they accepted the coupons!”
