  I had no clue about river cruises, but Kathy made my planning a breeze. I highly recommend her services to anyone wishing to take a European River Cruise.

  Kathy at Sugar Pine Travel has been planning our annual European adventures for many years from airfare to hotels and ships to excursions and transfers. No request has been too daunting for her and believe me we make a lot. She has always made herself readily available to answer questions and do research and she watches over us like a guardian angel as we make our way through our adventures. On our last trip she called us in London about a possible weather travel delay for our return trip and offered to change all of our reservations including 2 flights, 2 hotels and 4 transfers at a moment's notice. She also went the extra mile to ensure that we got tickets to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam on our requested date and time. On a previous trip she made special arrangements to guarantee a stay in our all time favorite suite in Zurich. She is above outstanding and does not disappoint.

  There is no better travel agent out there that can provide exceptional insight into trips and then can follow up with the proper booking for the price. Kathy has booked five different and distinctive trips for us and each one is better than the last.

  Kathy has been such a fantastic resource when it comes to travel planning. I have worked with her on two different vacations over the past two years, one a West coast train trip and the other a three-week adventure in Europe. We had a moment of panic in Paris over a lost Boarding Pass, but Kathy came to the rescue from thousands of miles away. During the planning phase she responded immediately to every question I had and strives to make your vision a reality. I highly recommend Sugar Pine Travel if you are looking for an amazing vacation experience.
