She is the only Verizon employee who presented options that the others didn't present and didn't understand over the years. She went to the trouble of cleaning off a new phone screen, and reduced my cost with the suggestions, plus offered a discount by allowing me to sell my phone back and take the hearing test. Most of your employees seem to have a blank look on their face that was not there with her. She is very positive, energetic, helpful, and motivational. When I stated the blank face, I wasn't referring to the other employee, just Verizon stores, in general. She seems to enjoy learning and teaching and that motivates me to buy from her.

Nice neat store, Nice to have items prices. Helps much whenever busy. Had couple already. Waited. But cell stores always need 2 to open stores. Otherwise many times. Waiting can be over 30 mins into hrs. Prices on charging cords, other supplies. Over the top. Money to
