“Outstanding and Honest Service!!! One of our apartment washing machines that operates with a digital chip debit card reader was having an issue (ER 18) and was not working. I called in the morning and spoke with Tracy. She was arranging to have a tech come out within the next couple hours. Their tech, Henry called me upon arriving. Henry took the time to troubleshoot three different areas of the machine that could be wrong. The most disastrous scenario would have been the motherboard going out as it would be costly, have taken a couple weeks to order and inconvenienced the tenants that depend on this washer. It turned out that it was the transformer, an inexpensive and quick fix. Henry was professional, courteous and truthful... I learned that Best Washer Repair has been in business 30 years, was glad they came and will continue to use their services.”

“Zach was extremely helpful in helping us correct a tinted paint we mistakenly purchased the previous day from the same location. (He prompted us to correct the paint rather than purchase another gallon when he could have easily made another sale). Additionally, the other employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with making decisions regarding color, finish, and supplies needed to paint our nursery. We tried some Behr samples from Home Depot and weren’t too impressed. This paint is much higher quality and the staff is completely equipped to help you with all your questions. I’ll gladly give my business to Sherwin Williams in the future.”

“We were so close to get rid off our old dryer..... I wouldn't even believe that turns out it wasn't even our dryer, it was my exhaust vents system!! It was so badly clogged inside, our technician Meir worked hard for entire hour cleaning that line.... the results were perfect! Hopefully, we won't see any error messages on our Samung dryer for a quite long term. Thanks Meir for being very thorough and honest assessment of our problem, beside that he was courteous and professional. 5 stars deserved!!”
