Panicking I scrambled to even locate the water heater and turn up so that we can open the shop. A very nice gentleman named Nathan from Perry's plumbing was helping Starbucks next door. He saw we were panIcked and guided us to the water heater and showed us how to turn up to correct temperature! We were back in business as soon as inspector came back! Can’t thank you enough Nathan!
