Such a wonderful company! I just got off the phone with them. If I had called any other company they would have came out and sold me a service that would not take care of the root issue. Instead they asked three brief questions and let me know that they did not have a product that could help with my issue and still gave me all the knowledge and county resources to help me resolve it on my own (mosquitos!). I will certainly use them for any pest control issue that they can solve in the future and am so grateful my neighbor referred them. Such a nice surprise to find locally owned and operated honest business.

I spent time researching to find this family owned, local long time company that stands behind their services. Three generations giving extraordinary service and a better value than the other guys. I love Pinpoint and the three brothers who all interact with us. They are generous with their time and they offered a volume discount after I added a second property. I’ve been a customer four years and I can say it’s good when your exterminator drops everything to put you first! ❤️

Pinpoint has always been very helpful accommodating my needs. From ant invasions to rats in the attic, they know their stuff and are great to work with. Everyone I have worked with in this family run business has been incredibly friendly, sensitive to our pets and responsive. I highly recommend!
