“I am a realtor who has just been supported by a relator team in selling my mom’s home in Oceanside, CA. Ocean Hills Realty put what I offer as a real estate agent in Dallas to shame!! Ocean Hills Realty is a family affair – Fred and Penny Ostergaard and their son Christian. If you become a client, you become part of the family. They assessed the home for needed repairs and provided tried/true contractors to make the upgrades. They assessed the home for current building code changes that needed to be updated in my mom’s home and then made those updates! And then Penny was over for several days to whip the house into photography-ready state! •They agreed to test a higher price which resulted in an offer within the first week. •In lieu of doing additional repairs to my 90 year old mom’s house after inspection, they negotiated a reduction in sale price. •Then they totally took care of the termite tenting and professional cleaning the home before the new homeowners moved in! Throughout the 4 weeks before close, everyday someone from the team was over to have my mom sign something, meet someone related to the deal or make an update.
