Angelo's Burgers

The staff only takes your order, so there's not much contact. It's fairly clean and tidy in the eating areas, but no atmosphere.

The food is the draw! I have a lettuce wrapped pastrami burger. One of the best I've had.

This is a nice diner with good serving size per price sandwiches and burgers are considerably well sized and the fries come in large portions, they also have a decent selection of beers, and they serve every item at all hours, so you can have a burger for breakfast or a breakfast burrito for dinner. Service is quick and friendly as well. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but this is a good place get food to go.

This is my favorite restaurant in Oceanside. It’s got “burgers” in the name but this place is apparently run by a Greek family and the Gyro Dinner is as outstanding as you imagine it to be.

Also, their seven-dollar REAL old-timey milkshakes are worth at least TEN and you have to try the chocolate. My eyes rolled back in my head. Consuming the chocolate shake 🥤 on the beach listening to crashing waves 🌊 and watching the surf is like a religious experience.
