FIT4MOM San Diego- Oceanside Pier

Fit4Mom is so much more than just a workout. It has given me a community of mommas all in the same phases of life, a place for my kiddo to make friends and play, and has made such a positive change in my journey through motherhood. I’m feeling so great about the example I’m setting for my daughter. We love Fit4Mom!

So grateful for this incredible community! Not only do you get a good workout while bonding with your lil one, you gain lifelong friendships with mommas going through same thing as you.

I have done stroller strides and 360 in Carlsbad and Encinitas/Cardiff for almost 6 years now and I love it! You can’t beat the community of moms you will meet and be apart of, and you can make the workout what you want at every stage of motherhood.

I loved my visit to the Oceanside Pier Stroller Strides class. The instructor was full of energy giving me a great workout and kept my baby happy throughout the class. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I can't wait to return!

I joined Fit4Mom when my youngest (now almost 7) was 2, and then I had another baby, and the 3 of us did this together. I felt so comfortable (in my very uncomfortable postpartum body) while in class— I immediately made this a rock in my schedule and my sanity and children were better for it. Plus you cannot beat this location!
