“I kooked out and hyperflexed my beautiful Jacobs Longboard in OH waves last year. You guessed it, 100s of stress cracks across the center 3rd of the board. In despair, I put it in the corner, thinking it would cost a ton just to have someone ruin it in a failed repair. Last weekend someone told me to take it to Moose in O'side. They said he's a repair wizard charging a fair price. Boy howdy...they wuz right! Unreal quality repair with a super fast turnaround. “I am so happy that this store opened near me. This is by far my ultimate favorite cookie place. Every single week its always a brand new menu plus I also love the fact that they have mystery cookie every week as well. Almost everything is my favorite. Peanut Butter Brownie, Banana Cake, White Chocolate Macadamia, Cookies and Cream, and more. The staff here are absolutely delightful and very friendly. It is a bit extreme but if not once, I do come twice a week 😅 I always get the Six Pack and I highly recommend to download the Crumble App for points.”

“Five stars for inventory and deals but here’s a heads up. Make sure you aren’t in a hurry when you get in line. I know they’re all elderly volunteers (I’m elderly myself), but do they have to put the least tech savvy person on the register? Ring up wrong. Redo wrong. Finally right. Chit chat in between. 🙄 And that is not an isolated occurrence. Also make sure you know what the total should be. Often discounts are missed and I have to point it out. The last volunteer I encountered was none too happy when I pointed out her error. 😐”
