This is me two days ago (no filter) on vacation in Townsend,Tennessee, just two weeks after seeing Nellie Blunt at 424 Cosmetic Dermatology! Nellie is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert when it comes to aging beautifully... just take a look at her! Aside from Nellie being beautiful on the outside she is on the inside too which makes me even more loyal as a client! Go see Nellie! Make an appointment! You won’t regret it!!!
(July 31, 2019, 7:45 pm)Nellie is the best! I got Botox before my wedding this past June, and Nellie was absolutely phenomenal to work with. This was my first time getting Botox done, but Nellie made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She is very good at what she does. 10/10 highly recommend! The staff in the office were friendly and helpful, plus the lobby was decorated so well I wish my house could look as good as the office. 424 Cosmetic Dermatology has many other services as well and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
(March 30, 2019, 8:21 pm)I had the IPL lasar treatment as well as some Botox and fillers. Nellie performed the work and she was so sweet and comforting as I had never done this before. She really took her tine to explain everything in detail and it made me feel relaxed knowing I was in good hands. The office space is adorable and very relaxing. The staff was very welcoming and I was greeted with big smiles. I love this place and will definitely be telling all my friends about 424 Cosmetic Dermatology. Thank you, Nellie for making me look so pretty!
