This was the first time I had to arrange a funeral. I had no idea where to begin. A friend recommended California Funeral Alternatives. Vince handled everything and he was patient and very kind and explained everything and did everything without any glitches in a short time. Also affordable. I highly recommend them.

Everything was very easy and there was no pressure in a time of sorrow and stress. Everyone we dealt with was very compassionate and patient. Our counselor Vince handled everything we wanted to do.

My wife gave a stillbirth of our son at 20 weeks. It still is a difficult time in our lives and we recount the events that took place. When we left the hospital without our son my wife and I want our son back and California Funeral Alternatives was able to help us. Their team was very helpful during the entire process and told us to call back as many times as we needed to receive updates or ask questions. I felt that their staff were understanding of our needs and took care of our son. I won't mention names but one staff member was so unsure as to what to say to me (to comfort me) that he kept repeating the same sentence three times. This shows me that their staff doesn't have a script that they must say to every customer; that to them this was a difficult time in their lives too and they are at a loss for words. I dislike that they had to put themselves in my shoes and experience a little of my pain but also happy they did because I knew my son was in good hands.
