I came here last month for the first time, amazing staff, didn't wait for a long time. Dr. Joseph Fiory was amazing, took a long time to hear all the details about my case and gave me the right medicine for the infection and cough. He is an amazing doctor, never saw such a doctor cares about his patients like that. Bless all of you guys.

Had to bring my frail, elderly mother to Urgent Care in Poway (located behind Pomerado Hospital) on Saturday, 12/21/2019. As a nurse myself, I was very pleased with our visit. Dr. Fiore, the medical staff, and the receptionists were all very kind and respectful. There was a much shorter wait than I expected: only 2 hours from check-in to departure, and there were easily 8 or 10 patients ahead of us. Many thanks to everyone!

The doctor, nurses, and staff took my concerns seriously, took necessary precautions, and saw me promptly. The doctor was thorough and took his time answering my questions. He was very informative. The entire staff helped me feel at ease.
