Rental cars are tough to come by these days. The gentleman at the Poway office went out of his way to assist me and confirm the appropriate car for my needs. He was very very helpful and very very polite.

I needed to change my pickup from 8am on the 9th of July to 4:30 pm on 7/8 to allow for an early morning start. Making the change cost more than $100. I downsized to a compact car and prepaid to minimize the increase. Was not a satisfied customer!

Tony is great to work with! Always courteous and friendly. He knows his customers by their first name and great customer service. And he makes sure that you are taken care off. Can't ask for anything esle!
