  Had to resolve a problem in getting my mom's dryer purchased at Manhattan location but was told after waiting almost 2weeks that it will be another month in delivery of purchased item due to not being in stock, not having it! Went to store in NJ where I live and salesperson Milton was very helpful and polite in resolving issue by showing me another model with a little price difference if I wanted it, and can have it delivered in a few days. Didn't even ask for his help, just came over to see if he could. Good Salesperson, and an asset to pc Richards!

  One of the best shopping experiences. No less than 5 star. I would have given them more if it was available !!! All the staff members were very knowledgeable. Special Thanks to William and Nelson for explaining difference between all TV and sound bar products. They took time and explained about all the current promos on them. Great sales team. I have already recommended this place to all my friends and family. I have purchased all my kitchen appliance's, TVs, washer ,dryer and mattresses in 2015. Now when I needed upgrades on my TVs , home theater and more items in 2020, I can not find better prices and experience than PC Richard located at west new York , NJ.

  I loved coming here, it was recommended to me by my aunt. I came across Doisy Felipe and he was more than helpful. He knew all the answers to my questions, and he helped me get a good price as well.

  Dr. Lance Day and the veterinary staff are incredible! I've never had a bad experience. It's easy to get an appointment and they are always super accommodating and knowledgeable!

  If you have never been to a Petcoach, the best way to describe it would be that it is an upscale Petco focused on cats and dogs. Huge grooming, vet, and training area throughout the store. We also like the selection of toys, clothes, foods and treats for our dog at this location.
  
  Pro tip: look through the clearance section for some great high quality items (food, treats, clothes, toys) at a third of the cost.

  So clean and beautiful! A great place to self bathe your dog. $14 and then get everything ready for you. I will definitely be using them again and again. Staff was super friendly to me and my dog. Great sale prices on dog food and treats.

  This store in Poway is awesome. The staff is pleasant. My dog use to go there for daycare, which by the way, I sadly miss. They took such great care of him. We come into the store and their faces light up with excitement and my dog..well he is overjoyed to see his friends. Again, sadly miss the day care. Love this store and it's products.

  I thought I was going to Pet Co. This store is owned by Pet Co. They have revamped to pet coach now. It's a nice store. They do have high prices but if you are a rewards member it is a huge savings! There is a fee for membership but if you live close by and can take advantage of the perks it would be worth it. They have a self serve dog wash, which is awesome if you have a big dog. $2.00. They provide shampoo, towels, dryer and an apron for the parents. :)
