Art Valera is an excellent service adviser! Whenever my car has been in for repair, if there are options, he always lets me know what those options are and the best options. He is very attentive and communicates all the details. Art is very friendly and goes out of his way to help. I always have a great experience at Toyota of Poway with Art as my service advisor! I assume most good businesses send you email and text reminders of service but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the service. The little things that add up to whether it’s bad or good or great service. There was a small wait after I arrived. It’s amazing that it was a small wait judging by the number of cars lining up for service. John Solis checked me in for my 5000 mile service. I like John. Always friendly, just the right amount of small talk and efficient at his job. What more can you ask for? The projected time was 2 hours and the service was completed in just over an hour. They have amenities in the waiting room such as TV but in this day and age most everyone had a laptop open or were gazing at their smart phones. My experience this time was same as the previous times I have come in for service. Personnel is always professional and the vehicle service is top notch. Yes I would recommend Toyota of Poway to anyone looking to buy or service their Toyota.
I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla SE blizzard pearl white vehicle yesterday and my experience there was excellent. Fernando Rivera the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions about the details of my vehicle. He was a very kind and a nice person to be with as well. He tried his best to get me the best bargain that I was satisfied with. Toby Zachry the sales clerk was another wonderful nice and kind person who helped with all the paperwork to finalize my purchase and have a good warranty. He also helped to cancel my previous cars warranty so I can have a check of around $1,300 delivered to me. He made sure all my options were at the lowest prices he could give to satisfy me. Talking with Toby was like talking to a good friend who you can trust. I just want to thank Toby and Fernando for everything they did to help me have the best deal possible to satisfy my needs. Thank you 2 for everything that you did for me. I truly feel like a happy camper. 😀
Appreciate the friendly, convenient (including Saturday hours), and trust worthy service. Yesterday my wife took our Highlander in for regular maintenance, and inquired about some additional work we are considering. John in the service department was straight enough to tell her that the other place we were thinking of going to would give us better value for what we had in mind. I appreciate his honesty.
