For the 2nd time, John, Derek and Jake have exceeded my expectations with the customer service, professional assessment of problems and timely repair...all without hassle and with precise communication back to me about what was happening. This was, I thought, a simple LOF and rear brake pad replacement. Come to find out, someone prior to my ownership of the car, installed the wrong rear rotors causing the shoe, pad and holders to slip out of place. This caused friction and smoke upon braking. The reason I know this, is because John explained the situation very clearly and I still got the car in about 24hrs, even with special ordering the new rotors. All of this for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I can 100% recommend this shop for your auto service needs, foreign or domestic. John and his team truly go above and beyond.

Fair prices, excellent work. I recently had them go over a Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck I bought in Louisiana.
