RV and Auto Parts

When things go according to plan, it is easy to give 5 stars, but the true test of a company is the authority it gives to their employees to do the right thing and fix an unplanned situation for the customer. Here's what happened...

I had a GREAT experience with RV&AP and if you get an opportunity to work with Crystal, you will wish for 6 stars to rate her here! My order came earlier than expected, but the box was torn open during shipping and it was missing two key parts. I called Crystal, she sent a return-ship request (free to me) and then sent me a replacement. The replacement came unharmed and I installed the Reese Puck system on my F-250.

While the first box did not come as planned, the key here is that it was not RV&AP's fault, but they did right by me and fixed the situation in a timely manner. THAT is how a GREAT company operates!

I did not read any reviews of RV and Auto until after I had received my order. I ordered an Equalizer hitch that cost $657 everywhere else. I paid $422 at RV and Auto. I was skeptical of this price, so I called and emailed the company to make sure it was the right part at that price. Their communications were very quick responses and made me feel comfortable so I ordered the hitch. When I received the hitch from UPS, the box was damaged (weighs like 80 lbs). I unpacked the boxes and there was a part missing. I contacted Michelle at RV and Auto and she tried to find the missing part to send it to me but was unable. She sent me a link to order it directly from the manufacturer and she refunded the cost of this part plus shipping to my paypal account immediately. This missing part was not RV Auto's mistake since UPS damaged the box, but Michelle was very quick to solve my issue. I don't know where all the bad reviews came from, but I found just the opposite from my experience. This company has excellent prices and exemplary customer service. Good job RV and Auto!
