Sanford and Son Plumbing

Was amazed Sanford came the same day I called, haven't had that experience with many Ramona services. He did a great job replacing our old faucet shutoff valves, fast and efficient, and at a great price. Will definitely call Sanford and Son the next time we need plumbing work.

Most pleasant experience with a contractor. Sanford could have easily rebuilt the entire venting system in my island but diagnosed a quick easy fix saving us hundreds. He was courteous and just a pleasure to work with. Entire job was done in less than 30 min. I will definitely call him for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

We had an emergency service request on a Sunday and had been turned away by all the other plumbing companies that stated 24/7 assistance in our area. I called Sanford & Son and had a pleasant conversation with the lady that answered the call. They asked if they could call me back in a few minutes. I had little hope that they would come out or call back. Our water had been shut off at the house due to the problem so we did not want to wait until the next day for assistance.

Much to my surprise, I got a callback and they agreed to come out that day. They were clear that there would be an extra charge for the Sunday visit and added cost, but we were desperate and willing to incur the cost! We found out later that they had been on their way to a family outing, but turned around and came back to fix our problem!

They were so pleasant (even though they are Eagles' fans--no one is perfect) and had the problem fixed in no time! They headed to the beach and we got to turn our water back on! We will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future!

Prompt, friendly service. I will call them first next time! I needed a toilet repair in time for a wedding planned for our outdoor area. Sanford came out next day, 9 a.m., was kind to my dogs upon arrival, and in about 5 minutes he had completed the work. Then he didn't even charge me a service call, but gave me a hug and his card for next time. Great local, family owned business you can trust!
