Floral Palette

  I'm very picky about ordering flowers. I want to know that what I order for friends, family, etc. is *exactly* what they're going to receive. But I'm also very BORED by the selections available from the national floral syndicates (Teleflora, 1-800-FLOWERS, etc.). So, when sending flowers long-distance, I do my homework, find the best florist in the target area and contact them directly to make sure they know exactly what I want.
  
  When I first contacted @floral_palette -- whose arrangements are gorgeous, BTW -- to send a birthday bouquet to a very special family friend, I was explicit about the need for there to be a lot of purples (our friend's favorite colors). They were accommodating and assured me it would be done and delivered that same day. When our friend received her arrangement, she was delighted and sent us a photo (first pic). I, however, wasn't as delighted. Where were her PURPLES?! I fired off a nastygram to FP to tell them I was disappointed and wouldn't do business with them again (I'm such a brat).
  
  Imagine my surprise when Natalie Maxwell, the owner of @floral_palette, emailed me back, apologized, promised to deliver a super-purple arrangement to our friend the very next day ... then actually followed through and delivered (second pic). Our friend was literally tickled pink ( ... and PURPLE!).
  
  Thank you, Natalie, Travis and everyone @floral_palette! You made my day. And I WILL do business with you again (but I'll always be picky)!

  I love this store. They offer an amazing assortment of quality gifts plus the employees are so nice. Highly recommended.

  I love this shop! They create the most fabulous and elegant floral arrangements! They also have the most creative and interesting gifts!
  Lovely people that work there!- friendly and helpful. My fav store in RSF!

  I'm in awe and in love with this floral arrangement designed by the folks at Floral Palette. I asked for a pastel-themed arrangement for my sister, which I feared might scream 'granny on Easter Sunday'. Instead, they created this gorgeous piece! Working with one of their designers was so easy. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she knew exactly how to work with my budget to create something uniquely spectacular. Also worth mentioning is how beautiful their shop is. There are so many great gifts and treats, it was hard not to buy everything for myself. From the florals to the service, everything about this place is high quality and I'll definitely be back!

  I have received several flower arrangements from my wife from Floral Palette and they are always very unique, beautiful, and long lasting. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an arrangement that will impress.
