Jerome's - Corporate Headquarters Distribution Center

This was my second purchase with Jerome's. I needed to replace the bed for my dad coming home after months of skilled nursing care. I live out of state and was able to handle the entire selection over chat! The replies were prompt and answered all of my many questions. I love the fact they will not only deliver but assemble for my dad. Prices are reasonable and I would definitely shop with Jerome's again.

I received very awesome help from the purchasing specialist. I had a problem that when I tried to purchase online, it said I was out of the delivery area and I thought I would have to go somewhere else and spend time picking out just the right chair. But, I remembered I had bought from Jerome's for many years and they delivered here a lot. So, I decided to give the specialist a call and see if anything could be done. She immediately solved my problem by finding there was a glitch and they can deliver to my address. She then took my order over the phone and a few days later we have our beautiful chair. Thank you Jerome's!

Excellent service provided by Susan who walked me through every step of the way to order online. She answered all of my questions and actually took care of the ordering for me. It was one of the most easiest transactions with a representative and to be able to navigate and follow along with her online while she did so. I didn’t have to push any buttons or do anything as she did it all for me, and was very pleasant and courteous. She sent me the text messages showing my invoice, what to do regarding the payment online for the deposit and was sure to answer every single question I had regarding white glove delivery before we ended the sale. It was a wonderful experience to use their chat option that they have right on their website as a banner when you are there to look at different furniture pieces. Thank you Susan for making this process so easy! Highly recommend Jerome’s! The item I ordered will be here in a few weeks and I can’t wait to see it!

I never cease getting impressed with the excellent service at Jerome's. Minerva called me back, informing me about the bookshelf I purchased, as there was a problem with the manufacturer; but Minerva (at the Anaheim location) and the staff (in Fountain Valley) were able to work together and immediately resolve it for me, leaving me extremely happy. While calling the sales department for my final payment, the salesperson (male), was also most accommodating & extremely friendly, following up on all the details, etc. I will definitely continue my furniture seeking/purchasing with Jerome's, as they've done a terrific job (fyi, this is not the first time I've purchased with them). Once again, thank you, Minerva and the staff!! :)))))

We love Jerome's Furniture!! We bought our living room set from them about 3 years ago, and today we received our outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table, and it's ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Better than we expected. Outstanding quality and service. From the ordering process to delivery, you can't go wrong with Jerome's Furniture.
