He trains many professional athletes yet took the time to help my young son with some specific and targeted training and exercises when Physical Therapy just wasn’t producing results. I was astonished at the progress my son made both physically and mentally after just a handful of sessions with Nghia and one of the other trainers that worked alongside him.
