  What an absolute gem! I'm out of state and wanted to do just because flowers for my woman and the lady that answered was very helpful. The flowers were beyond beautiful ????. They helped make a moment special between a couple over long distance. Highly recommend!

  Lei was even more beautiful than what I expected. I’m an out-of-state customer, and the shop was super accommodating to the address changes that I made & the delivery timeframe I requested after the order was placed.

  Great customer service. They forgot to send the vase I ordered for my friend. I emailed & within minutes Tanner replied and sent a replacement bunch with vase; complementary.

  There is a lot of positive aspects to this purchase. Not only was there such an array of selections to choose from (making it very difficult to pick), but the arrangement was beautiful, as to the picture on the web site. House of Stemms emailed me a picture of the arrangement before delivery, another unexpected and welcome service. I had the option for same-day delivery, which is usually unheard of, and so helpful for this situation as it was the unexpected passing of a love one. The price was reasonable for the value. Most of all, the recipient was filled with emotion upon receipt, in her words, "The ladies' flowers were just delivered. They are a bright spot in our lives today. Thank you so much to everyone. Your kind thoughts are much appreciated." House of Stemms has never failed to produce quality product and excellent service.
