I called ahead and asked if they had dress work shoes and I’m glad I called them. Upon arriving Machaela helped me by measuring my feet, figuring out what kind of insoles I needed by having me go on foot pressure sensors and finally helping me find the best shoe and insole combo for my feet. 5/5 Thank you Machaela!

Great place to find the shoes that you're looking for. Mariah was super kind and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about what shoes to get for what type of runner you are as well as the what support is needed for your feet.

I'd like to give On the Run another 5 stars as they continue to be the very best at customer service, great selection and even knowledge of many foot and ankle issues. This place offers a great selection of women and men shoes at reasonable prices. I had shopped around for 2 months and did not get the types of shoes that I needed. I can always find a pair of good looking shoes from this place. I highly recommend this stores 100%!!
